Carrier Logins Setup to Enable Automation
Go to http://my.carrierconnect.ai/ and sign in
In the Menu under dashboard select Logins
Click the +Add button in the top right corner
Enter the following details in the corresponding fields
For Agent : Select correct agent to associate with this login
For Carrier: Select the carrier you wish to set up
Input the username/email and password you use for this carriers site
Select the deposit date/ statement date
Select if you want to receive a copy of this statement to your email automatically each time one is available
Ensure the 2FA methods have been updated to match the email and/or phone number associated with your mycarrierconnect account.Click Save in the top right corner to complete this process.
