Profile Settings
The email address you provided when signing up for Carrier Connect is very important. If you request a specific carrier statement to be emailed, this is where it will be sent. If you log in directly to any carrier and they require 2FA, you will receive the code or password to this email regardless if it's email or mobile.

Carrier Login 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)
The 2 authentication fields are very important located in Settings section. Carrier Connect automatically assigns a unique secure email and text number connected to your account is created. If a carrier requires 2FA, use this email and text number in the carrier Two Factor Authentication settings. Using our patent pending technology, you will still receive all codes to your email while our automation is able to retrieve your statements. Provisional Patent #63541862
Additional Agents
If you will be downloading statements on behalf of multiple agents and the carrier requires a seperate email login, add the agents in this section. If more than 5 additional agents, please contact sales.
Billing
All billing is done thru Stripe credit card secure services. Credit card information is not stored on our servers. When signing up, there is a prorated monthly charge. From then on, you will be charged on the 1st of each month for the monthly service and per any downloads or services in the prior month. If you have any questions, please email

Cloud Storage Integration
Carrier Connect automation will organize your statements in folders by deposit month and link to your Cloud Storage Provider. From the menu on the left side, click Cloud Storage under Integrations.
Select your Cloud Storage provider and enter the email associated with the service. Click Save. An email will be sent to you confirming the shared folder. If you are using Google Drive, the confirm email with come from
iam.gserviceaccount.com or similar.
