We have engaged with a 3rd party to analyze and approve our processes, software and hardware. Carrier Connect is fully Hipaa compliant. Our servers are hosted by Amazon Web Services. Our security measures include HTTPS/SSL/TLS, database encryption, two-factor authentication, EC2 deployment and PEM access control.
